FAQ
Is this book only for women with reproductive challenges?
No, this guide is not exclusively for women with reproductive health challenges. It can benefit all women who feel caught up in the fast-paced demands of modern society. Men can also gain insights from this book as a means of understanding and honoring women in their lives. Many of the practices (including a dive into understanding and healing from trauma) apply to both men and women equally.
Both men and women possess a masculine and feminine essence within them. By comprehending the influence of the patriarchy (wounded masculine energy) both internally and externally, we can work towards reconnecting with our true, liberated selves.
The physical practices outlined in the book can also assist women experiencing chronic fatigue, lethargy, exhaustion, insulin resistance, weight loss resistance, mood swings, cravings, and various other issues in the realm of reproductive health and beyond.
How long does the program last?
This is not a program but rather a healing roadmap with the intention of shifting your life's direction. Reproductive health challenges like PCOS, amenorrhea, or infertility are not conditions you catch; they develop based on your life's experiences and choices. To heal, you need to embark on a new journey. This is not a quick fix; instead, it's a redirection of your life's path back to your natural essence and true self.
Are there supplements involved?
No. Zero supplements. I do speak to the nature of some supplements to assist in blood sugar regulation, but overall the process is a metaphysical reclamation of the feminine, and even in the physical part of the book, I only briefly mention a couple ‘cherry on top’ supplements to support balancing blood sugar but do not advise anyone blindly take supplements.
What does the book consist of?
The book is a collection of my experiences with being diagnosed and healing from PCOS, along with the insights I gained throughout the process of realizing that PCOS is just one of many ways in which the body calls us home. It is divided into two sections: the physical and the metaphysical. The physical addresses the "what," while the metaphysical explores the "why." Together, they will help you step back and understand how modern society ushers women into our wounded masculine, leading to various diagnoses and reproductive health challenges, among others. The book provides practical tools, resources, and exercises to guide you on your journey home.
Is dismantling the patriarchy and anti-men movement?
Quite the opposite. Although the term "patriarchy" has been used by some new-age feminists to blame men for everything, the deeper truth is that patriarchal structures represent the shadow side of the masculine, an imbalanced version that negatively impacts both men and women. In reality, women also contribute to perpetuating this imbalance. By working together, men and women can learn how to live harmoniously with their feminine and masculine essences, allowing each to thrive in their unique ways.
