If detoxing is taking out the bad, this entire "becoming superhuman" section is all about putting in the good. Implementing healthy routines and rituals is paramount in developing a healthy mind, body, and soul. It's not about doing everything at once, but more to choosing habits that realistically fit into your life, and will be sustainable over time. These habits are pretty much all a part of my daily/ weekly/ monthly routines now because I gradually implemented them into my world. You will also find that as you take steps in this healthy direction, old destructive habits (and even ones you seemed to love) will start to drop off naturally. Feeling good is addictive, and feeling great is truly a natural high. Despite my years of insane junk food consumption, alcohol (etc.), partying, and overall toxic lifestyle- I don't miss a second of it. I also wouldn't change the past; it was fun, I have great (and not so great) memories, but all those experiences paved the way to where I am today.
I genuinely believe that the cure to every single ailment is found in nature. Having grown up taking antibiotics and blindly trusting medical doctors, I did a 180 and have completely transformed my outlook on life, medicine, healthcare, and healing.
