I love breakfast. As a regular intermittent faster, I tend to have my dinner between 4-5:30pm, so by the time morning comes around- I am ready as hell to eat. Breakfast is a tricky meal for some people, I try to keep it simple... like all of my meals. As I currently live in Canada, I try to keep the cooling items (like smoothies) for the summer months, and the more warming ones (like my carob gingerbread cookies) for the winter. Yes, you read that right- #cookiesforbreakfast. To be honest, I consume items from my desert recipes section multiple times a week, and if you browse the ingredients list- you'll see why. Food is food, and I believe every meal you have is the most important of the day. All your meals should be balanced, nutritious, delicious, and make you feel amazing. In this section you'll find more traditional "breakfast" foods, but almost every recipe on this blog is suitable for any time of the god damn day.
