Adaptogenic Cacao Coyo Bowl
Starting the day with high fat, collagen rich, fermented, adaptogenic goodness.... um, hell yes.
- 1 cup of organic coconut yogurt (learn how to make your own HERE).
- 1/2 tsp wild pine pollen powder
- 1/2 tsp wild reishi mushroom powder
- 1/2 tsp tibetan rhodiola powder
- 1/2 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp organic cacao
- 1-2 tbsp grass-fed collagen powder
- 1 dropper of wild chaga tincture
Top with: toasted coconut, cacao nibs
1 . Mix your adaptogens and coconut yogurt
2. Top with toppings.

I'll cut straight to the chase with this one, because, well, bacon.
Yes, you read that right. But no, this is not your conventional shit-riddled chocolate frosting. This delicious, creamy, chocolate mouth-dream is full of good fats, collagen (protein), adaptogens, vitamins and minerals and is possibly the yummiest way to start the day. Chocolate for breakfast? Yes please.
This is one of my favourite morning smoothies, so jam packed with nutritional goodness, and is so thick you can eat it with a spoon. Honestly, this smoothie probably contains more nutrients than most people consume in a week.
